With over 40 years of experience and a strong passion for serving the foodservice industry, Mr. Lin’s journey has been as diverse as the company name, World Foods. Born in Taiwan, he migrated to Brazil as a child, and later moved to the United States during his teenage years, where he received his education in New York. He then enlisted in the US Air Force, where he earned a Commander-in-Chief (Presidential) appointment to the US Air Force Academy. Subsequently, he transferred to the University of Chicago and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Mr. Lin has successfully established several foodservice companies and has now acquired World Foods, merging it with Global Food Concepts, Inc. This strategic move positions World Foods as a leading company in the foodservice industry.
